RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 24-hour in advanced cancelation policy, which means you can cancel orders any time up until 24 hours before the date of your order.
The cancelation period starts when the order has been confirmed.
If you want to cancel an order placed on the same day, contact us as soon as possible. In this case, we cannot guarantee that you are eligible for canceling your order. Same-day order cancelation will typically depend on how much in advanced we are noticed your decision to cancel an order, and how advanced is the preparation of your order. Right to refund
You are guaranteed a refund of the total amount of your order when you meet our Cancelation right.
You will be refunded on your original payment method.
Since this process has to be manually confirmed by us it can take some time since you get your refund, but we do our best to ensure your refund is processed in at most 24 hours. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Right to return
All of our items in store are all perishable goods (food and drinks), therefore they cannot be returned.
The only exception to this right would apply only in the case that your order, for whatever reason, is in bad condition at the time of the delivery. Our policy is to ensure the quality of the products at all times, so this situation should be very exceptional.
