DELIVERY POLICY
Product and delivery
All orders placed at opening hours are processed at the moment. Orders outside regular opening hours will be processed the next working day.
If any product on your order is not available we will contact you to provide you with an alternative that you can approve or reject. In case of rejection,
you can either cancel the order or reschedule it at your convenience. We try to ensure the availability of all of our products at all times, so this situation should be very exceptional.
If you select the Delivery method at cart/checkout page on our Shopify site, your order will be delivered by us and we will be responsible for any damage during transportation.
If you select the Pick up in-store method at cart/checkout page on our Shopify site, you are required to pick your order at our location and you will be responsible for any damage during transportation.
