Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can. Keep in mind, however, that to get a total refund you should contact La Barceloneta (preferably by phone) at least 24 hour before the date of your
order. We prepare your order the same day we delivered to you to ensure the best quality of all dishes.

Can I cancel same day orders?
If you want to cancel same day orders, please contact us as soon as possible. In this case we are not guarantee that you are elegible for a total refund
of your order, typically it would depen on how much in advanced we are noticed your decisition to cancel an order, and how advanced is the preparation of the order.

Is it possible to reschedule my order?
Yes you can with 24 hour notice before the date of your order.

Do I need to bring the paella back?
If you select the Delivery method at cart/checkout page on our Shopify site, your oder will be delivered by us and we will come the next day to get the paella back.
If you select the Pick up in store method at cart/checkout page on our Shopify site, you are required to bring the paella back at our store at Grandagarður 2 the next opening day.
Do I need to clean the paella?
It is not necessary that you clean the paella before we come to pick it up the next day, or if you bring it back to our store.
What happens if the paella is damaged?
We work with durable, high quality paellas, it would be very exceptional to damage them during a regular use. However, in case you are worried you might have cause a damage for whatever reason, you are require to let us know at the time we get it back.
